    I have been going to the reef for 3 years now and everyone has always been so nice and accommodating. The bud tenders are always smiling and knowledgeable and the manager was always helpful and nice. With the change in management the atmosphere has changed completely. Now when I walk in there is nobody smiling and everyone appears to be walking on eggshells since this new GM Joel took over. He is pompous and arrogant, which is not really a good vibe in a customer service oriented business. I walked into the Reef today and apparently Joel had the day off and all of the smiles returned and the dark cloud was not hanging above the establishment. Maybe he should take more days off...just a suggestion to the owner
