  I will start off by saying the staff was extremely nice. But I asked for chin length hair cut straight across. The worker asked if I was trying to take out the blonde in my hair and I said yes slowly I have been. She apparently took this to mean that I wanted all the blonde cut out of my hair and the first snip was above my ears. She also gave me layers which I had not asked for either. I am extremely upset because not only was this explicitly not what I asked for she played it off like she gave me a haircut that would make me look older and sassy and now I have to wait for it to grow out and deal with the uneven hair length. I would not recommend this Supercuts because they do not respect their customers decisions. If i could hive my experience zero stars I would.
